Luigi , a Pugliese native, has an exceptional resume – from earning consecutive Michelin stars at La Botte in Santa Monica to honing his craft at The French Laundry and Bouchon Beverly Hills, and leading kitchens at Andrea at Pelican Hill and Rivabella Ristorante.
In recent years, he’s embraced a range of culinary roles—corporate chef, consultant, and private chef.
He has also catered events in Park City, Las Vegas, New York, Mexico City, Tokyo, and Italy.
